About Me:

      I am an industrial designer and project manager working at CHOi Design Inc, a small design consultancy located in the heart of Chicago. With experience in creating products for medical, consumer, and industrial industries, I have been able to compose a diverse portfolio of products while earning over 30 design patents in the process. I received my Bachelor degree for Industrial Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and have enjoyed the diverse and fast paced nature of consultancy life while working at CHOi Design since graduation in 2007. 

       I pride myself in being a father and family first husband. I have had the good fortune of being able to marry my childhood sweetheart, and together we have an amazing daughter (and son due in April!!). I created this site as a way to show my work to my family and friends, and have a single place to collect everything from my quick robot sketches and Lego spaceships up to the numerous products I have been able to send to market with an amazing collection of clients throughout my career. Having a growing family (and a house that just refuses to not fall apart!), I have found it difficult at times to keep my portfolio up to date, but by starting this site I am motivated to continue to composing my ideas and works into one location where I hope to demonstrate my creative and problem solving abilities. Bare with me if the site is slow to get off the ground, but soon this year I will have everything up to speed! Thank you for visiting, feedback and advice is always appreciated!
